Have you ever noticed that when you are getting ready to buy something, you suddenly notice that thing everywhere? It’s as if everyone has that thing now. This happens to me all the time. I recently bought my first pickup truck. When I started looking at them, all of a sudden, I saw them everywhere.
As I started to write Marty’s Minute, I was worried that I would not have enough material to sustain a blog every week. But because I was constantly looking for new ideas and was focused on finding great topics, I’ve been amazed at the material I’ve found in everyday life and interactions.
I believe that once you become a lifelong learner, inspiration can come from just about anywhere. It’s the things that you haven’t learned yet that make you better in your job, your project, and life.
Isn’t it time you start working on yourself? It’s amazing what you can see, hear, and learn if you just keep your eyes wide open.
Until next time…I’m Marty, make every minute count.
